PharmaNutrients, Lake Bluff, IL, has entered into a licensing agreement with the Office of Technology Commercialization at Purdue University for the institution’s patent on the application of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. The Purdue University patent, entitled ”Method and Compositions for Treating Diabetes,” was developed based upon research into type II diabetes.
